  When we decided to sell our house in Tarneit we wanted to have the best real estate agent to do the job especially with the way the property market was, in late 2011 (not that great for selling!).  We thought an interview with 5 real estate agents in the area was the bedst way to find our agent.

  
  

  First National Westwood (who my sister had suggested we go through) was by far the best, in particular Eugene Bonanno.  He seemed to love his job and was eager to sell our house.  Also the agency is open 7 days a week which was important for us, which in the end proved to be very important as the new buyers signed on a Sunday!

  
  

  Selling our house was stressful at times, especially in the market we were in.  However, Eugene and First National were always positive, helpful and would always inform us immediately on any news from open houses or mid week appointments, which is very important to the owner.

  
  

  They made the process of selling our house as seamless as possible, they also recommended a conveyancer, provided helpful hints on how to sell a house and moving.
