  • RENTAL OFFICE HOURS

    First National Westwood is open 7 days, however rental hours are determined by the need for specialised staff being available, external banking facilities and other relevant factors..... please note the following......

    WESTWOOD RENTAL OFFICE HOURS :

    WEEKDAYS 9 am to 5pm

    SATURDAYS 9 am to 12 noon

    Rental managers do not attend the office on Sundays and Public Holidays.

    RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE ONLY PAYABLE ON WEEKDAYS at the office between 9 am & 5pm

    Rental Payment options include Direct Debit, RentalRewards (Credit Card payments), Priority One Rent Card, cash/chq/money order at the office or cheque/money order by post. Please chat to our Rental Team for details & complete the appropriate paperwork.

    Urgent Repairs - outside the above office hours

    Ring First National Westwood on 9742 5555. We have a 24 Hour message service. If your call is not returned within 30 minutes Tenants should refer to your "Tenant Care Folder" or fridge magnet for details of the relevant authorized tradespersons.

  • A NOTE FROM YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER - Giving Notice

    When you moved into your rental property we gave you a white folder that included your lease, condition report, maintenance forms, etc In this folder you will also find the information you need on how to give notice, but briefly;

    ü  Complete Pink Notice to Vacate form – Located in the back of your white folder

    ü  Submit to our office at least 28 days prior to your vacate date

    ü  You will receive a letter of confirmation from your property manager explaining what happens next
