In a Real Estate business you are responsible for planning, leading & managing the sales team, in order to achieve the goals agreed upon with clients and those that may be set by management from time to time. Agents Representative Qualification Overview:
The Agents representative course may be completed at the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) and Vic Uni in Hoppers Lane Hoppers Crossing as well as some TAFE colleges. It is currently a 60 hour course part time over 6 weeks or a 9 day full time course. After completing the course, to gain employment in Real Estate Sales (Property Management and some other roles) you will be required to provide evidence of completion of the course, provide evidence of a current Victorian Drivers Licence, generally provide your own reliable vehicle and mobile phone and in accordance with Legislation "pass" a Police Report. You should make your own independent enquiries.
SALES SUPPORT
You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the sales team. You will have completed, at least, the relevant course and received an Agents Representative Certificate, work in accordance with legislation and work to Company policies.
At First National Westwood, we have a senior Sales Administrator, an assistant residential Sales Administrator and an assistant commercial Sales Administrator.
PROPERTY MANAGER
You will list properties for rental and undertake ongoing management of residential, industrial and commercial properties to meet the goals as agreed with the owner; and inform, communicate and uphold rules and regulations in accordance with relevant legislation & documentation with the owner/tenant/lessee. This role requires you to conduct property inspections as well as carry out in-office tasks. You need to hold, at least, an Agents Representative certificate. You will work in accordance with legislation and work to Company policies.

LETTING CLERK
You are responsible for assisting the Property Manager(s) in letting (subject to your appointment)residential, industrial & commercial properties to the satisfaction of the owner . This role requires you to attend property inspections as well as carry out in-office tasks. You will require at least an Agents Representative Certificate. You will work in accordance with legislation and Company policies.
At First National Westwood Real Estate, whether working in Residential Rentals or Commercial Leasing, an Agents Representative Certificate is the minimum requirement. See SALES section on this Web page for overview of the Licensing.
ADMINISTRATION
You will have a variety of responsibilities which relate to both general office administration and support for reception to ensure our clients & consumers needs are met in line with office policies and legislation

MARKETING / PUBLIC RELATIONS
You will manage marketing of properties whether listed for sale, rent or lease including private sale listings, auctions and tenders; co-ordinate Corporate sponsorships in the community; and generally promote the Company and members of the First National Westwood Team in line with Company policies and relevant legislation.
