You will need !
· To have successfully completed the Agents Representative course*
· Have sound knowledge of Residential Tenancy legislation
- Reliable presentable vehicle and mobile phone
- Ability to talk with people, determine their needs to help them through the process
- Ability to work to agreed procedures, use worksheets, develop communication skills & work within legislation
- Learn and be committed to our Quality Assurance program called Best Practice
- Able to work full time Monday to Friday and rostered hours weekends
This Role involves
- Landlord liaison
- Prospective Tenant inspections & interviews
- Application processing including Reference checking
- Tenant sign ups and welcome
- Maintenance reporting, management & followup
- Arrears monitoring & followup
- Routine inspections & reporting
Letting Clerks and our Property Services Manager manage "letting" and "maintenance" however understanding and ability to do these tasks is necessary as required.

*Please note the Agents Representative course can be completed part time (approx 6 wks), full time (approx 8 days) or by correspondence through your local TAFE college or the Real Estate Institute of Victoria at Camberwell. However on this occasion we require applicants to already hold the qualification and preferably have experience in the industry. At Westwood everyone holds this qualification or better.
